As a Full-Time therapist with SYNERTX, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of your therapy program! As Rehab Coordinator, you would be the liaison between SYNERTX and the facility, representing the rehab team at facility meetings, managing the Med A RUGs levels using proprietary SYNERTX software, and ensuring the overall performance of the rehab program. SYNERTX is unique in that we have centralized all billing and staffing functions at our corporate office in order to free you up to do what matters most - patient care! While SNF experience is preferred for Rehab Coordinators, we do have an excellent training program in place.
